Do you have an ID printer in your building or a company you already work with to print your ID cards? We're happy to help you with printing ID cards for your school by providing a printable file of your SmartPass Digital ID Cards. Here's how it works:
If you have not yet built your Digital ID Cards, please head here first before completing the steps below.
Steps to Print Your ID Cards
Step 1. Send an email to [email protected] or use the Live Chat feature in the bottom right of your account.
Include the following information:
The name of your school
If you'd like all ID Cards printed, or just a certain group such as students
What dimensions you would like for the cards to be printed (ex. 3.5 x 5 inches)
Step 2. Wait for your confirmation response from SmartPass Support
Someone from our support team will follow-up about your request within 72 hours. They will work with you to make sure dimensions and formatting are correct.
Step 3: Receive your PDF of ID Cards.
Once our support team is finished processing your cards on our-end we will send you a single PDF file with all of the ID Cards you requested! You can now use this to print your cards, or take to your printing company.
FAQ
Can SmartPass print my ID cards for my school?
Not currently. We will provide you with the PDF files for you to do this though.
