You can add Stickers to certain students' SmartPass Digital ID Card. They are great for things like bus numbers, cafeteria privileges, sports/after school activity permissions and much more. Admins can easily set up stickers to show for all students, students in a specific grade, upload a custom CSV list, and more.

How to add stickers
To add a sticker to ID Cards you first, sign into SmartPass with an administrator account. Then click on the ID Cards tab on the lefthand side.
Under the ID Cards setting menu, scroll down to the Stickers section. Then click on the Add button.
Configuring a sticker
To configure your sticker:
Name the sticker
Choose a student visibility setting
Choose a color
Choose an icon
There are three different ways to add stickers to a student's ID card:
Choose All students under Visibility. This setting will show the sticker on all students' ID cards.
Choose Show for certain students under Visibility. This setting allows you to show the sticker on certain students ID cards. You can choose an entire grade level and/or individual students.
Choose Hide for certain students under Visibility. This setting allows you to hide the sticker on certain students ID cards, but show it for everyone else. You can also choose an entire grade level and/or individual students here.
That's all it takes to add a Digital ID Card Sticker in SmartPass!
How to delete a sticker
To delete a sticker, click on the sticker you wish to delete on the ID Card settings page under Stickers. Then, click on the triple dots next to the save button. Finally, click on Delete sticker.

Do Stickers affect which IDs can be scanned or certain events?
The stickers are a visual indicator for those who are checking IDs at an event or during a class. They are not tied to any attendance or permissions piece within SmartPass.
