From your Teacher login you can find the Hall Monitor tab at the top of your screen. This is where Teachers can see all currently Active Passes in the school and report students for not having an Active Pass. Hall Monitor is a great tool for actively viewing the activity and movement in your building.

If a Teacher does not see this tab, it means that their Admin has not given them permission to view it. Admin, you can locate your Hall Monitor on the left hand side of your Admin Dashboard.

Teachers can view an automatically live-updating list of Active Passes throughout the entire school. Each pass shows a timer countdown of the time remaining on the pass, which student the pass is for, and the student's destination. You will note, when your cursor is over a pass, the timer changes to "End Pass". By clicking here you will end this students pass.

Teachers can search the list of Active Passes to see if a Student has an active pass by entering the student name or a destination into the search bar. The list of active passes can also be sorted by Pass Expiration Time (default), Student Name, and Destination. By clicking the report symbol at the top, or within the pass, you can report a student.

When a pass hits the end of the allotted time, the pass tile will turn red and the time will begin to count upward until the Overtime Pass Limit is hit. This is visible on all views within SmartPass. Below you will see how this looks here in the Hall Monitor.
