As schools work to support students in a variety of ways, understanding how they are using Flex activities to support their learning is an important tool for teachers.
In looking at SmartPass data, teachers are able to view Flex activity information separately from the student’s hall passes in order to get a better picture of the student’s needs and supports. When this data is looked at collectively, teachers will be better equipped to drive intervention, remediation, and enrichment opportunities for their students.
To View a Student’s Flex Activity History on the Web:

FAQ
Can I download or print a student’s Flex activity history?
Yes! Once you’re on the activity section, you can use the export feature to download a CSV of the data.
Am I able to edit attendance for a student that attended an activity I didn’t teach?
No, only associated teachers or administrators can take and edit attendance for activities.
Are passes different from activities?
Yes! Activity sign-ups no longer create passes for students and, instead, now show on the activity information.
Do students have passes created for them when they go to an activity?
No, activity signups do not create passes. Teachers will view rosters and activity information for students using the Flex tab on their dashboard.
