Rooms are now organized in a table format allowing you to view rooms and folders on one page. Each room and folder has it own row. Folders are expandable listing all associated rooms in the same table format - all on ONE page so you never have to leave the table.

The Rooms table can be filtered by Teacher, Status, Folders, and Restrictions. Using multiple filters at the same time lets you quickly find exactly what you need. These filters are located at the top left above the table. There is also a search field at the top right of the table where you can search by room name or number.

Each row, whether a folder or a room, has a checkbox available to select when bulk editing. You can expand folders and select individual rooms as needed, while also selecting other rooms within other folders.

The Rooms page didn't just get a new look, it has some new features, too.

You can now open and close a room in one click from the table without having to click into a room! Availability statuses are listed directly on the table, even those filed under folders.

This one is exciting! You can now move rooms in, out, and between folders. Whether you do so one by one or in bulk.

Bulk editing has a new look and some new options. The new Rooms table includes check boxes to the left of each room / folder allowing you to make selections for bulk editing. Once more than one box is checked, the bulk editing bar appears at the bottom of the table. You'll have options move to folder(s), bulk edit rooms, and delete rooms (admins only).

Checking a folder assumes all rooms within are to be edited. Expand folders to select individual rooms. You can select whole folders, some rooms within folders, and standalone rooms - all at once if needed.

Made a mistake? No problem! We now have an UNDO option for any mistakes made when bulk editing, instead of having to delete and start over. If you incorrectly made a change, an Undo link appears in the saved confirmation message provide.
